Microsoft Releases Record-Breaking Security Update for Windows: 570 Vulnerabilities Fixed

Microsoft has released its July Patch Tuesday security update, marking one of the largest security releases in the history of Windows. This month’s update addresses 570 vulnerabilities, including several critical flaws and zero-day vulnerabilities that had already been exploited by cybercriminals before patches became available.

What Was Fixed

The security update covers a wide range of Microsoft products, including Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Hyper-V, Azure, BitLocker, Remote Desktop, and other components of the Microsoft ecosystem.

According to the company, the update resolves:
